Mechanical tooling department

Pezzutti is equipped with a large, specialized mechanical tooling department, producing in-house tens of moulds yearly and serving as strategic support and maintenance of the over 2000 moulds in operation. Mould and process quality and functionality are essential conditions for ensuring the quality standards required by our Customers.

Pezzutti’s mould construction department can produce moulds of any degree of complexity, starting with design integrated with CAD-CAM and CNC technologies. Each new mould is carefully set up and tested in our production plants to ensure optimum performance over time.
